This location is ideal for students attending the Waterloo and Kitchener - Downtown (DTK) campuses.

Please note: students can apply for housing prior to being accepted into a program but must be a full-time registered Conestoga student at time of move in.

Your ÌÇÐÄvlog¾«Æ· tuition is separate from your housing fees. Please do not instruct your bank to pay ÌÇÐÄvlog¾«Æ·. Payment options and due dates can be found on your housing invoice.

Please note: Unlike the college, student housing payments cannot be deferred for OSAP.

Spring term start: May 4, 2025 - April 26, 2026

Acceptances for the spring term start are typically sent out in mid-March.

Waterloo campus

This location is 1.7km from the Waterloo campus. By public transit (GRT) - Route 7 is a 18-minute bus ride.

Kitchener - Downtown (DTK) campus

This location is 6.5km from the Kitchener- Downtown campus. By public transit (GRT) - Route 7 is a 37-minute bus ride.

Parking

You must purchase a parking permit to park while staying in Conestoga housing. This permit can also be used at any Conestoga campus except the Waterloo campus.
