Conestoga's off-campus housing

Our off-campus housing address in Brantford has been updated to better reflect the location's main entrance, but we are still in the same building.
This location is ideal for students attending the Brantford campus.
Please note: students can apply to Conestoga housing before they are accepted into a program but must be a full-time registered Conestoga student at time of move in.

Rates for Brantford - Dalhousie St.
Fees include hydro, water, heat, high-speed internet access and a furnished room in a four or five-bedroom apartment with two bathrooms. Your ÌÇÐÄvlog¾«Æ· tuition account is separate from your Conestoga housing fees account. Do not instruct your banking institution to pay ÌÇÐÄvlog¾«Æ·. Payment options and due dates can be found on your housing invoice.
Please note: unlike the college, Conestoga housing cannot defer payments for OSAP.

Transportation
This location is an 8-minute walk or a 3-minute bike ride to the Wellington Street building. Additionally, it's conveniently a 5-minute walk from Brantford's central bus terminal.
Parking
You must purchase a parking permit while staying in Conestoga housing. For more information on parking rates and how to purchase a parking pass, please visit Parking & transportation.
Guests are required to purchase daily parking through HonkMobile Monday to Friday, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Parking is free after 4 p.m. and on weekends.
Walksafe
Walksafe is a service provided by Safety and Security to escort staff, students, and visitors while on campus or at Conestoga housing. This service is available at all campuses upon request, except Milton and Stratford.
