Rates for Kitchener - Conestoga residence
Residence rates include hydro, water, heat, high-speed internet access, telephone with free North America-wide calling and voicemail, televisions, and a furnished suite.
Your ÌÇÐÄvlog¾«Æ· tuition account is separate from your residence fees account. Do not instruct your banking institution to pay ÌÇÐÄvlog¾«Æ·. Payment options and due dates can be found on your housing invoice.
There is a $100 non-refundable application fee at time of submitting your application.
Term extension requests must be submitted in writing to info@conestogaresidence.ca in advance. If approved, an additional fee of $30 per night will apply.
Please note: Unlike the college, residence cannot defer payments for OSAP.

The residence offers two styles of living accommodations - suite style and open concept.
Common areas include a games room, movie lunge, cardio lounge, kitchen lounge with BBQ patio area, laundry room and study lounge.

- Games room - features a pool table, foosball table and a multi-arcade unit.
- Movie lounge - offers a theatre-style screen, movie theatre seats and is equipped with a projector and internet access.
- Cardio lounge - features a treadmill, elliptical machine, stationary bike, yoga mats, yoga balls and flat-screen television.
- Kitchen lounge - features common kitchen stoves, vending machines, flat screen TV and access to an outdoor BBQ patio.
- Laundry rooms - 24-hour access, this is a paid service.
- Study lounges - several lounges are available to all residents for quiet study.

Maintenance
Maintenance requests can be made via the or in person at the front desk.
Front desk
Ask questions, get assistance and sign-out games, equipment and cleaning supplies. Resident service representatives are available 24-hours-a-day at the front desk.
Housekeeping
Bi-weekly, light cleaning services are provided for the common areas of each suite.
Parking
You must purchase a housing parking permit. This permit can also be used at any Conestoga campus.
Residence guests are required to purchase daily parking through Monday to Friday, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Parking is free after 4 p.m. and on weekends.
