Empower people and organizations with Conestoga's Human Resources Management (Optional Co-op) graduate certificate.
In today's dynamic and complex workplaces, skilled human resources professionals are essential to building strong, resilient organizations. Conestoga's one-year Human Resources Management graduate certificate prepares you to lead in this vital field by developing the knowledge and competencies needed to manage an organization's most valuable asset — its people.
This program is aligned with the Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA) competency framework and meets the academic requirements for the Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) and Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) designations. You'll gain expertise in recruitment, employee relations, compensation, training and development, and employment law, while developing strategic thinking and leadership skills. An optional co-op stream is available for eligible students, offering one work term to gain real-world HR experience.
